Use the above form to order SCRIP gift certificates.
SCRIP is a gift certificate fundraising program that doesn't cost anything extra. SCRIP gift certificates
are purchased through the school and are redeemable at the store listed on the certificate. The store, in turn,
pays a percentage back to the school for your patronage.
